The Managing Director (MD) will acquire new partnerships and support efforts to expand business opportunities and increase growth potential. The MD will operate region as a small business, utilizing strong business acumen and a pure desire to grow, both personally and professionally.

Description

Solicit New Business Opportunities.

Develop and cultivate key relationships with corporate, faith and community-based organizations and governmental agencies.

Create outreach strategies proven effective in delivering branding, media relations, new market penetration and overall resource development that promotes financial growth.

Spearhead and manage collaborative partnerships with senior management of key market segments.

Create proposals for partnerships, reciprocal marketing agreements, cultivation strategies, etc. Follow-up on leads for new business acquisition and cultivate according to highest professional standards and integrity of those representing TCBSolutions.

First Year Goal

To secure 20-30 new corporate partnerships. Salary is commission based.
