Cancellations must be sent in writing two weeks prior to contract termination date. Prior cancellations may be subjected to a $95 cancellation fee. All major credit cards accepted. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subjected to a $35 fee. Application must be received and approval is based on credit rating.
